Welcome to the Gerloff Music Studio in Clovis, CA! Here you will find information about me, my music studio, and my teaching philosophy. I teach private music lessons to a limited number of guitar and bass students and beginning piano students. My philosophy is simple: Studying music must be enjoyable for the student if they are to continue with it throughout life. I want my students to want to study music with me, not have to. I teach my students music theory, related music history, and how to read music, while tailoring the lessons to them. It is my goal for all of my students to understand that music is a lifelong adventure, not just a short-term hobby.
